Printing Batched Reports

For report batches where the Run at End of Month field on the Enter Batched Reports screen is set to Yes (refer to "Creating a New Report Batch"), the report batch can be printed at End of Month by selecting END OF PERIOD | END OF MONTH | PRINT END OF MONTH REPORTS (refer to "End of Month - Print End of Month Reports"). If multiple batches are flagged to be printed at EOM, they will all be printed.

You can also print a report batch at any time as follows:

1. Create a new report batch, or recall an existing one.

Refer to "Creating a New Report Batch" or "Recalling a Report Batch".

2. On the Enter Batched Reports screen, select EDIT | PRINT REPORTS.

Micronet prints all reports in the batch to the default output specified for each report on the Batch Report Edit screen (refer to "Maintaining the Reports in a Batch").
